Short version. It collects nothing on its own. There are no forms, no analytics, and no tracking. The detail below explains the parts your browser does anyway.
Trident Rose Inc. runs this website. We are based in Toronto, Ontario.
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover any service we may run for a client under a separate agreement.
Questions or requests go to rtvik@tridentrose.com.
Nothing. There is no contact form on any page. There is no analytics script. There is no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie.
You can read every page here without giving us anything.
Two things happen that are worth naming.
Our hosting provider is Hostinger. Like any web host, Hostinger keeps standard server logs. Those logs include the IP address that requested a page, the time, and the page requested. We use them to keep the site running and secure.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That request goes to fonts.googleapis.com, so Google receives the IP address of the browser making it. We do not send Google anything else.
The live demo saves one item in your browser under the name tr_industry. It holds a trade name, so the demo remembers which one you picked.
It contains no identifier and nothing that points back to you. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
The buttons on this site open your own mail program with a subject line filled in. You write the message and you send it.
Whatever you choose to put in that email arrives at rtvik@tridentrose.com. We use it to answer you and to prepare anything you asked for.
We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell or share what you send.
Email correspondence is kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up where we left off.
Ask us to delete it and we will. Server logs age out on our host's normal schedule.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it.
Email rtvik@tridentrose.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If a breach of our safeguards happens, we will record it.
Where the law requires it, we will notify the people affected and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this one on this page and the date below changes with it.
