Proof

We have zero clients yet.

That's the honest starting point. Here's exactly how we prove this works before you're our first.

1

The free audit

We connect to your Jobber account, read-only, and show you what silence has cost you over the last 90 days. You see this before you sign anything.

2

Your own number

The number on your screen comes from your own quote history. Not a demo. Not an industry average.

3

Shadow mode

The engine watches your real quotes for a week without sending a single message. You see what it would have done before it does anything.

4

A ramp, not a leap

It turns on for 1 in 4 new quotes first. You watch it work at a small scale before it touches your whole board.

5

The weekly report

Every dollar we claim has to clear one bar: approved in your own software within 7 days of a follow-up touch. Anything short of that is reported on its own, never folded in.

6

The 60-day out

If it isn't working, you leave. There's no contract to argue your way out of.

Six checkpoints. You can verify every one yourself. None of them ask you to take our word for it.

This is a modeled scenario with sample data. It is not a client. Your numbers come from your own 90-day audit.

Maple Air Heating & Cooling: A Modeled Walkthrough

We could call this a case study. We won't, because you'd be right to ask if it's real. Maple Air is a fictional 12-tech HVAC shop in Etobicoke, built from the job mix and quote patterns we see across GTA trades. It's how we show the engine end to end before you ever hand us your own data.

Baseline

Maple Air's owner ran the free 90-day audit against his own Jobber history. Results: 214 quotes sent, $512,400 quoted, $231,800 won. Sixty-seven quotes, worth $84,300, never got a second touch from anyone. Nobody said no to those jobs. They just sat there, quiet, in his own pipeline.

The rules in action

Priya Sharma's $14,500 heat pump quote had sat quiet for two weeks. Touch 1 went out on a Tuesday: one line, one question, no dollar figure. Two days later, she approved it in Jobber. No discount. No negotiating. Just a nudge back into her inbox.

Mike Tremblay replied to his $3,200 duct rework quote: "maybe in August, depends on the cottage reno." That's ambiguous, so the engine didn't guess. It stopped the sequence and routed the reply straight to Maple Air's office. Zero auto-replies were attempted.

Angela Wu's $7,800 furnace quote was 214 days old: seven months of silence. Before Touch 1 could go out, the engine checked the CASL consent clock. Implied consent from a service inquiry expires at six months. It refused to send. Angela never received a single message.

The Monday report

One email, every week. This week's: 11 contacted, 6 responses, 4 re-engaged. Recovered (strict): $14,500. That's Priya's heat pump: the only figure that clears the bar printed on every report. The rule: a quote marked Approved in Jobber within 7 days of a follow-up touch, on a quote that had been silent for at least 2 days. The dollar value is Jobber's own approved total, never our estimate. Maple Air also won $22,600 in other quotes that week. We report that number too. We just don't claim we caused it.

End of the modeled scenario. Sample data throughout. Your numbers come from your own audit.

What a real case study will look like here.

We have zero clients today, so this section is a preview, not a page. The table below is the exact shape Client #1's real numbers will fill in. It's empty on purpose.

This table is empty because we have zero clients. The day that changes, real numbers replace it here, in public, or the claim doesn't go on the page.

The Founding Five

We're taking five GTA trades shops before this becomes a standard rate card. Here's the honest reason why.

We have zero clients today. That's exactly why this offer exists: we need real quote histories to build the proof this business runs on. In exchange, you get founding-client pricing and setup done by hand.

What you get

$2,500 to set up. We verify your sending number. We write your message templates in your own voice. We build your exclusion list. Then we run the go-live call ourselves. After that, it's $495 a month. There's a 60-day out. No contract fight.

What we ask

Permission to publish your real numbers once you've been live long enough to have some. Your name and shop are optional. The numbers are not. If you use the 60-day out, nothing gets published. Publishing only happens for pilots that finish, good numbers or bad.

Why five

Past five shops, this stops being white-glove. It turns into a rate card with a waitlist. The price goes up to match.

Common questions

Why no testimonials yet?

We're pre-client. Inventing one is a legal problem as much as a trust problem, so we didn't. Instead we built the modeled walkthrough above from real GTA job-mix data. We're also taking five founding shops right now to generate real, attributed numbers. See the Founding Five offer above.

How do you count recovered revenue?

Recovered, strict, means a quote marked Approved in your own software. That has to happen within 7 days of a follow-up touch, on a quote that had been silent for at least 2 days. The dollar value is your platform's approved total, never our estimate. A reply that doesn't convert in that window gets reported separately, as re-engaged. It's never folded into the recovered number.

What if it doesn't work for my shop?

You see your own leak number for free, before you pay anything. If you go live and it isn't working, there's a 60-day out. No contract to argue your way out of.

See what silence is costing your shop.

The free 90-day audit runs against your own Jobber history. It's not a model or an estimate. If the number's small, you owe us nothing but the read. The button below sends us the request.
