How it works

Your software, plus follow-up that never forgets a quote.

Trident Rose sits behind the software you already run. It watches every quote and follows up until the customer answers. See it on sample data →

The 30-second version

Four steps, start to finish.

1

Connect

You sign in through Jobber's own screen. No passwords shared with us.

2

Detect silence

The engine watches every quote and flags the ones going quiet.

3

Run the sequence

A pre-approved sequence goes out. The engine re-checks the quote's status right before every send.

4

Weekly report

Every Monday, you get one email with the numbers.

The connection

We connect to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan through each platform's own sign-in. The engine watches quote status. When a quote sits without a reply, follow-up starts. When it's approved, declined or archived, follow-up stops on its own. Nothing about your quoting, dispatch or invoicing changes. Your team keeps working exactly where they already work.

The sequence

The default is three touches. A text two days after the quote. An email a few days later. A final text about a week out. Timing is tuned to your trade before launch. Every message is a template you approved in advance. It sounds like your company and it's signed with your business name. No price ever appears in a message. Your quote carries the numbers. Our job is just to get the customer talking to you again.

The engine checks a quote's status again the moment before it sends. It never acts on an old status.

TriggerWhat happens
Reply received. The sequence stops. A person reads the reply.
Quote approved, declined, or archived.Follow-up ends on its own.
Ambiguous reply.Goes to your office. No auto-reply is sent.
"STOP" or an opt-out.Suppressed everywhere, for good.
Quiet hours or an Ontario stat holiday.Nothing sends until it's over.

A quote request gives you six months of consent to follow up. Every message we send stays inside that window.

Canada's anti-spam law treats a quote request as consent to send related messages for six months. Every message we send names your business and carries a working opt-out. Reply STOP by text. Unsubscribe by email.

We log the quote and the timestamp behind every message, so consent is provable if anyone ever asks. An opt-out is honoured right away, and it stays that way.

Every Monday, one email lands in your inbox with that week's numbers. Who got a follow-up. Who replied. What closed because of it.

You judge this on one number: dollars recovered.

Common questions

Does this replace Jobber or Housecall Pro?

No. It connects to them. Your quotes and customers stay exactly where they are. Cancel any time and nothing in your software changes.

Will my customers know it's automated?

Messages come from your business name and read like a short note from your office. When a customer replies, a real person on your team picks up the conversation.

What if a customer already said no?

Declined and archived quotes are left alone automatically. So is anyone who has opted out. That's permanent.

How long does setup take?

About a week. We connect your account and write your message templates. Then we run a watch period before anything sends on its own.

What does it cost?

Founding-client pricing is public, on the Proof page. $2,500 to set up, then $495 a month, with a 60-day out. No cut of your jobs. No long contract.
