How it works

Your software, plus a follow-up engine that never forgets a quote

Trident Rose is not another platform for your office to learn. It sits behind the software you already run and does one job: make sure every quote gets chased until the customer answers.

The connection

We connect to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan through each platform's official API. The system watches quote status: when a quote is sent and sits without a response, the follow-up sequence starts. When a quote is approved, declined or archived, follow-up ends on its own.

Nothing about your quoting, dispatch or invoicing changes. Your team keeps working exactly where they work now.

The sequence

The default is three touches: a text a couple of days after the quote, an email a few days later, and a final text about a week out. Timing is tuned to your trade and season before launch.

Every message is a template you approved in advance, written to sound like your company. Short, plain, signed with your business name. No AI improvising to your customers.

The stop rule

Any reply stops the sequence for that customer immediately. Clear answers like an acceptance or a "STOP" are handled automatically. Anything ambiguous goes to a queue for your office, with the full context attached, so a person makes the call.

The report

Every week you get one page: quotes followed up, replies generated, jobs closed after a follow-up touch, and the dollar value recovered. You judge the service on that number and nothing else.

CASL compliance

Canadian anti-spam law treats a quote request as implied consent to send related commercial messages for six months. Every follow-up we send stays inside that window, identifies your business, and carries a working opt-out ("STOP" by text, unsubscribe by email).

We log the quote record and timestamp behind every message, so consent is provable if anyone ever asks. Opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently.

Common questions

Does this replace Jobber or Housecall Pro?

No. It connects to them. Your quotes, customers and jobs stay in the platform you already pay for. If you cancel Trident Rose, nothing in your software changes.

Will my customers know it's automated?

Messages come from your business name and read like a short note from your office. Customers reply the way they reply to any text or email, and a real person from your team picks up every conversation.

What if a customer already said no?

Declined and archived quotes are excluded automatically. So is anyone who has opted out, permanently.

Is texting customers legal in Canada?

Yes, when it's done properly. A quote request gives implied consent under CASL for six months. Every message identifies your business and includes an opt-out, and we keep the consent records. This is built into the system, not left to memory.

How long does setup take?

About a week: API connection, template writing in your voice, your approval, then a monitored ramp where we watch every conversation before the system runs on schedule.

What does it cost?

Start with the free quote audit. If the recovered-revenue number justifies it, we'll quote a fixed setup fee and a flat monthly rate. No percentage of your jobs, no long contract.
